Design strategies and processes for contemporary learning spaces

Scientific research, architectural practice, technicians and public administration explore a common ground in decision-making and strategic architectural design for pilot projects related to school buildings and areas.

Three macro topics of interventions:

  1. Schools and urban transformations;
  2. Pedagogical updates and renovation of interior and open air spaces;
  3. Improvement and adaptation of existing buildings, special needs, and care strategies.

The aim is to identify concrete methodologies capable of promoting actions guided by innovative approaches based on contemporary economic, ecological and educational needs.
