PRIVACY POLICY IN ACCORDANCE WITH ART. 13 OF REGULATION (EU) NO. 2016/679 OF 27 APRIL 2016
Through this form, you can see a European-based survey relate to the Cost Action project: ‘CA18214 – The Geography of New Working Spaces and the Impact on the Periphery’, which is mainly concerned about coworking spaces and their impact on individuals and the environment; also the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic on these spaces are studied.
This policy is compliant with art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons concerning the processing of personal data and in observance with the laws on personal data processing and the free movement of such data.

Processing purposes and legal basis, categories of data and storage period
Your personal data, with particular regard to the name of your coworking space, your name and surname, email address provided upon submitting this form, will be processed by specifically authorized staff by computer and other processing tools for the completion of the survey in question and all related operations and activities, including administrative management.
The form aims to collect data on coworking spaces in Europe to study different aspects and effects of these spaces and also the results of the pandemic.

Data processing methods
All these operations will be carried out by methods aimed at guaranteeing the security and confidentiality by persons instructed by Politecnico di Milano.
The form works on the LimeSurvey platform (https://www.limesurvey.org/) which privacy policy is available on https://www.limesurvey.org/privacy-policy.
For the purposes indicated in Table 1, the personal data will be processed using electronic or automated tools and application tools will be adopted with appropriate technical and organizational measures.
Transferring data to non-EU countries or international Organisations
Personal data will not be transferred to non-EU countries.
Rights of the data subject
As a data subject, you may ask the Controller to:
- confirmation of the existence of your personal data;
- access to your personal data and related information; correction of inaccurate data or supplementation of incomplete data; deletion of your personal data (under one of the conditions indicated in Art. 17, paragraph 1 of the Regulation and in respect of the exceptions envisaged by paragraph 3 of that Article); the restriction of processing of your personal data (in the presence of one of the circumstances indicated in Art. 18, paragraph 1 of the Regulation), the transformation into anonymous form or block on data processed in violation of the law, including data whose storage is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or processed.
As a data subject, you also have the right to partially or fully oppose:
- to the processing of your personal data, even if it is relevant for the purpose for which the data was collected;
- to the processing of your personal data, to send promotional material for Politecnico di Milano training initiatives and cultural events.
You can exercise your rights by contacting privacy@polimi.it.
In case of violation, you can complain to the Data Protection Authority or another relevant supervisory authority under the Regulation.
