This is the first guest lecture of the series (Un)Affordable Housing & Neighbourhoods, in collaboration with the newly-founded Osservatorio Casa Affordable di Milano Metropolitana (OCA). The lecture will host Jordi Bosch Meda. He is the director of the Barcelona Metropolitan Housing Observatory, founded by municipal and regional administrations with the tasks of monitoring housing dynamics in the metropolitan area of Barcelona and providing relyable data to the debate. His lecture will explain the role and functioning of the Observatory, with a special focus on housing affordability dynamics. Alessandro Coppola (Politecnico di Milano) and Marianna Filandri (Università degli studi di Torino) are invited as discussants.
