The new perspective of ESG standards in the real estate sector

Within the course “Economic Evaluation of Project,” two Seminars have been organized to underline the role of the evaluation in the design process.
In the first seminar, Danilo Chiesa and Pietro Zanola from Hines Italy RE Srl will introduce the complexity of managing urban development projects considering the economic feasibility and shedding light on the cost value and the market value.
In the second seminar, Francesca Galati Bolognesi from FGB Studio will describe the new perspective of ESG standards in the real estate sector.
