“Inujima: Architecture becomes Environment” is the title of the exhibition, hosted in February 2020 at School of Architecture, Urban Planning, Construction Engineering, and of a catalogue, recently published, that collects the results of the Advanced Architectural Design Studio held by Kazuyo Sejima at Politecnico di Milano from 2015 to 2019.
The studio focuses on studies, analysis, and architectural solutions applied to the context of the isle of Inujima, a small island in a quiet inland sea called Seto Naikai, Japan.
The presentation will be a moment of dialogue and discussion on the catalogue contents, together with Kazuyo Sejima, Ilaria Valente, Jonas Elding, Giulia Setti, and Francesca Singer.
