Ciclo di seminari ‘UD – Rethinking Urban Design Genealogies‘
The roundtable is organized as a final meeting of the international seminar “UD – Rethinking Urban Design Genealogies”, organized at DAStU – Politecnico di Milano by Gaia Caramellino and Leonardo Zuccaro Marchi. The Seminar aims to present and compare three research positions in Urban Design History and Theory. David Grahame Shane (GSAPP Columbia, New York), Tom Avermaete (ETH, Zurich), and Eric Mumford (Washington University in St. Louis) will discuss, together with the discussants of their previous lectures, their trajectories and different UD genealogies proposed. The Seminar is supported by DAStU, Politecnico di Milano and organized in collaboration with GUD_Genealogy of Urban Design Network.
