International Symposium
Learning from Sharing is a one-day symposium that aims to investigate the renewal of collective housing from within. We are interested in analysing different ways of living and, consequently, various spatial organizations related to sharing practices. We invited architects and practitioners operating in different fields of housing research, which can help us to create a lively debate on an urgent architectural, social, and economic question.
The final round table opens up the discussion on some concrete issues that metropolises like Milan face today: high costs and land scarcity, spatial segregation, and housing ill-suited to new and changing ways of life. The event is part of the research cluster “Housing” of DAStU Department.Relatori: Bernd Upmeyer – BOARD and MONU, Benjamin Wells – Benjamin Wells Studio, Ingemund Skålnes – OBOS Living Lab, Alexander Hagner, gaupenraub+/-, Eik Frenzel – DreierFrenzel Architekten, Michael Obrist – Feld72/TU Wien, Florian Köhl – Fatkoehl architekten & Quest
