What is the role of architecture regarding the different forms of inequality present in cities?

Milano Arch Week – curated by Nina Bassoli, curator of architecture, urban regeneration, and the city at Triennale Milano, and Matteo Ruta, professor at the Polytechnic University of Milan – returns from October, 27th to November 2nd for its Seventh Edition with days of lectures, talks, workshops, and itineraries.

The 2025 edition, entitled Inequalities and Architecture, is organized on the occasion of the 24th International Exhibition and aims to expand and deepen the themes of Inequalities linked to the growing inequalities that characterize cities and the contemporary world. To reflect on these themes, figures from international architecture and design, as well as urban planning and art, have been invited, along with emerging studios and organizations.

The Department of Architecture and Urban Studies, as part of the collaboration between the Polytechnic University of Milan and Triennale Milano, is contributing with numerous initiatives that will take place within the Triennale itself and in various locations throughout the city.
