Borghilenti+ represents a development of the Borghilenti project funded under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), led by the Municipality of Castelnuovo Bocca d’Adda in collaboration with the Department of Architecture and Urban Studies.

The project is being implemented on an experimental basis in the area of Castelnuovo Bocca d’Adda, with the ambition of developing a river regeneration model that can be replicated along the Po River corridor. Its goal is to prepare the territories crossed by the VENTO cycle route to welcome a new form of tourism distinguished by its inclusive, sustainable and non-extractive character.
